The joint venture combines the operational depth and manufacturing capability of a leading Southeast Asian defence group with Falcon Capital Holding's local presence, regulatory understanding and strategic access to European institutional customers.
Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) approval for the project was secured late last year, providing the formal framework for the investment and marking a significant milestone for defence-industrial cooperation between Southeast Asia and Romania.
Work1 Corporation is being developed as a long-term, compliant industrial platform positioned to contribute to Romania's and NATO's regional supply capabilities.
